UPDATE: Coronavirus Shipping Delays

To our valued customers,

 

We wanted to take a moment to address the delays in shipment affecting many open orders.  First off, we are very sorry that it is taking much longer than the standard 3-4 weeks for fulfillment.  We are a small team of artisans who make most pieces to order, and have unfortunately been affected by the statewide shutdown due to Coronavirus.  Thankfully we have been able to return to work, but we are still experiencing delays.

 

Please rest assured that we do have all unshipped orders, and are working hard to fill every order as soon as possible.  In the case of many orders, we have a large part of the items but have not yet shipped because we have some items outstanding still in production.  Typically, we ship all orders complete so that the customer does not incur additional shipping charges.

 

However, if you should need to have the completed portion of your order shipped, we can make a partial shipment at no additional expense.  Please contact us at 502-584-2171 and give us your order information; we will check on your order and see what is available to ship now.  The remainder of your order will ship when it is ready.  Please contact us if you need to cancel or make any changes to your order.

 

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this difficult time.  Be safe, and expect your orders to ship shortly.
