As you may know, we are a small, family owned and operated company. Each piece of Hadley Pottery is hand painted and hand crafted to order. We are grateful for the wonderful response we’ve had to our recent promotions, and are working as hard as we can to fill all orders as quickly as possible.
You may also be aware of the global concern regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). At this time, Hadley Pottery remains open for business and operating as usual. We will be taking precautions to keep our customers and staff safe during this time. We are also keeping up with updates from the media, the CDC and our elected officials regarding this situation. Please stay tuned to our social media and email lists. Should anything change with our day-to-day operations, we will notify the public immediately.
This unique situation will affect how we normally handle our internet and mail orders. First and foremost, we are still gladly taking all of your orders and encourage you to continue purchasing the items you want! We will fill all orders in the order that they come in as quickly as possible. Your business is crucial to Hadley Pottery’s ability to stay open and in operation at this time.
Effective immediately, we will be making some partial shipments of orders so that you will have as much as your order as possible now. All backordered items will be made, and shipped to you as soon as they are ready. We anticipate increased lead times on orders due to this situation and the volume of orders in-house.
Our Factory Showroom in Louisville will also remain open for regular business hours until further notice. However, we will not be offering any factory tours at this time.
We are taking these steps today since we don’t know how the current global health crisis will affect Hadley Pottery. We do not know if or when UPS might stop shipping items, or we might be told to shut our doors or shelter-in-place for public safety.
