Shipping Policy

Each piece of Hadley Pottery is hand-painted in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.  

For Personalized Pieces and Special Order Items, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. 

If your order contains both Stock and Personalized pieces, we will ship the Stock pieces separately, and Personalized when it is ready.

We have a flat shipping rate calculated based on the total order amount.

Hadley Pottery Shipping Rates

• $11.00 for orders under $50
• $14.50 for orders between $50 and $99.99
• $17.50 for orders between $100 and above
• $7.00 for orders containing only non-pottery merchandise, up to 5 lbs
