Our barn design has been part of Hadley for decades, painted in the familiar blue, rust and green that ties back to Mary Alice’s earliest country scenes.
Alongside the classic barn, we’ve added five seasonal barns in small runs for fall and the holidays. Pumpkins, string lights, wreaths and candles; details that change with the seasons, while the form stays the same.
Slipcast and painted by hand, each plaque is ready to hang or stand where you need a touch of the countryside. Each plaque is a second, featuring unique touches such as variations in color and glaze.
The Hadleys at Home.
Mary Alice Hadley created most of our current designs and all designs are inspired by M.A. Hadley. Every artist was trained by a protégé of Mrs. Hadley. Genuine Hadley Pottery pieces have the M.A. Hadley hand-painted signature on the bottom or side of the piece.
