Basic Personalized Serving Plate

Basic Personalized Plates are painted to order with one or two lines of text around the rim, and your choice of pattern in the center. Serving Plates are available in limited patterns at this time.

 To order:

1. Choose One Line or Two Lines of Personalization from the first drop down menu.
   
2. Select your Pattern from the second drop down menu.
3. Enter the Personalization into the form field(s) below.
4. Review your text, then check the Approved checkbox.

EACH PERSONALIZED PIECE IS HAND-PAINTED TO ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF SIX WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION.
