Shipping policy

Each piece of Hadley Pottery is hand painted in Louisville, Kentucky. We are a small team and pack each piece with care. Most pieces are made to order, and can take up to twelve weeks unless otherwise specified. 

If you need to make a change to your order or shipping address, please email info@hadleypottery.com. We are only able to make changes before the order is fulfilled. Once the package has left our warehouse, you will need to reach out to the carrier directly to make different arrangements for delivery.

If any part of your order arrives broken or damaged, please email info@hadleypottery.com as soon as possible with your order information and a photo of the damaged ware.
