Inspired by a note from the M.A. Hadley archives, the Pride of the Bovine World Everything Bowl Candle brings one of Mary Alice Hadley's own words back to life. While describing how to paint one of her beloved cows, she wrote that he should look proud, "the pride of the bovine world." That charming phrase inspired this month's design.

Hand-poured with a refreshing blend of grapefruit and sea minerals, the candle is housed in a hand-painted Everything Bowl that can be enjoyed long after the final burn. Whether used for ice cream, snacks, or treasured keepsakes, it's a little piece of M.A. Hadley history made to be enjoyed every day.

Candle Care

Always trim your wicks to 1/4" each time you light your candle.
We recommend burning your candle 1-4 hours at a time for best results.
Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris.
A draft is your candle's worst enemy. Keep your candle away from ceiling fans, high traffic areas and vents, or place your candle in a glass hurricane to prevent drafts.
To remove wax, place the bowl in the freezer for several hours or overnight. The wax will shrink and can be easily popped out with a butter knife. Do not place a candle that is still warm in the freezer.
