It’s absolutely adorable, I love it!!

Love the design and shape. But, the background (clay color) is white and does not match my other Hadley pieces. I love my Hadley pottery and use it every day. However, I will not buy any pieces with a white background.

I am surprised this item made it by your quality control desk. It might sell in your seconds room. I immediately saw several tiny blue flecks of blue throughout the front of the entire piece. Then I realized there were a few “picks” resulting from the firing. Finally there was blue smudged with the light brown in the horse’s mane. Every piece of my Hadley has “M.A. Hadley on the bottom written in the standard Hadley blue. On the bottom of this piece, M.A. Hadley is scratched, as with a stick, on an unfired bottom. I received the wrong spoon rest and had to bring it to the store for an exchange. The sale lady was able to provide the correct pattern. She said it was the last one with the pig motif. It would have been truly unfortunate if there was not one left.
